Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix 200 grams almond flour with 200 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 10 grams lemon sugar. Mix 2 egg whites to foam and gradually add 200 grams sugar. Then gradually mix the almond mixture into the egg foam. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon to make balls of the almond dough and place on the baking sheet. Press the balls a little. Put the baking sheet in the oven. Bake the biscotti for about 20 minutes until brown. Let the biscotti cool. Enjoy!
