Chicken with Chees Onion Sauce
Ingredients: 75 grams slices ham, 2 chicken breasts, 2 onions, 250 ml cream, 1 chicken stock cube, parsley, 100 grams grated cheese,

Number of persons: 2

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Fry 2 chicken breasts on both sides brown. Add 75 grams diced ham and fry briefly. Remove the chicken and ham from the pan and place in a baking dish. Bake in the remaining fat 2 finely chopped onions until the onions are soft. Add 250 ml cream. Add 1 crumbled chicken stock cube and parsley. Bring to the boil. Stir 100 grams of grated cheese into the sauce. Let the cheese melt. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts. Place the baking dish approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven. We had French fries from the Actifry and a salad with it. Enjoy!
