Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 150 grams diced ham and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams frozen spinach. Let the spinach thaw and warm while stirring. Add 125 grams mascarpone and 50 grams grated cheese. Let the cheeses melt. Season with a little salt. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
