Make a marinade of 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 tablespoon ginger syrup. Marinate 300 grams sliced pork belly. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes. Cook the rice according pack instructions. Fry the pork belly marinated in hot oil until brown. Add 1 chopped onion. Cook until the onion is soft. Add 1 jar marrowfat peas (drained) to. Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve with rice and atjar tjampoer. Enjoy!
