Taco Chips Dish
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 500 ml sieved tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 5 tomatoes, 3 spring onions, parsley, salt, taco chips, mozzarella, grated cheese,

Number of persons: 3

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove in hot butter until onion is soft. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 5 diced tomatoes, 3 spring onions and parsley. Season with a little salt. Let it come to a boil. Divide the tomato sauce in three small ramekins. Spread taco chips over the ramekins. Sprinkle with mozzarella and grated cheese. Place the ramekins approximately 15 minutes in the oven (or until the cheeses are melted). Serve with additional taco chips. Enjoy!
