Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper . Bake the chicken breasts over medium heat brown, do it slowly so that the chicken is cooked inside also. Remove from the pan. Put a dash of white wine, 150 ml water, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup and 1 crumbled chicken stock cube. Stir well and let it boil a little so the sauce reduces.
