Chicken with Pepper Sauce
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, dash of white wine, 150 ml water, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 chicken stock cube, 100 ml cream, 2 tablespoons peppercorns,

Number of persons: 2

Sprinkle 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper . Bake the chicken breasts over medium heat brown, do it slowly so that the chicken is cooked inside also. Remove from the pan. Put a dash of white wine, 150 ml water, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup and 1 crumbled chicken stock cube. Stir well and let it boil a little so the sauce reduces. Add 100 ml cream and 2 tablespoons peppercorns. Put the chicken back into the pan. Heat it through. Enjoy!
