Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 200 grams minced beef. Fry the minced beef brown and loose. Add 250 grams grated carrot and cook about 5 minutes. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until soft. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 crumbled stock cube. Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 5 more minutes. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
