Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, thyme, 1 diced yellow pepper and 1 diced red pepper until the onion is soft. Add 350 ml cream. Add 1 crumbled vegetable stock cube and bring to a boil. Stir in 150 grams grated cheese and let the cheese melt. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
