Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix 275 grams flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, a pinch of salt, 120 grams light brown sugar, 100 grams marshmallows and 50 grams finely chopped white chocolate mixture. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs. Add 250 ml milk and 90 grams of melted butter. Add the dry ingredients and stir until blended. Finally, add 50 grams of melted dark chocolate and stir. Put in the muffin tin in a paper cupcakes forms and fill with the batter. Place the pan about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Let the muffins cool. Enjoy!
