Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate MousseIngredients: 3 eggs, salt, 200 grams dark chocolate, 60 grams brown sugar, 250 ml cream,

Split 3 eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a spotless clean blender bowl. Melt 200 grams dark chocolate au bain marie. Beat 60 grams brown sugar with 3 egg yolks until smooth. Whip 250 ml cream until fluffy. Put the egg yolk-sugar mixture to the melted chocolate and stir well. Mix this mixture then into the cream with the mixer. Gently fold in the egg white foam into the chocolate mixture. Put the mousse into pretty dessert glasses or cups. Cover with plastic wrap and put the dessert glass for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Then enjoy the chocolate mousse! Enjoy!
