Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 chopped onion and fry it until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 drained jar marrowfat peas, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and a little water. Let it all simmer on low heat 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
