Cut 2 chicken breasts into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake the diced chicken breast golden brown in hot oil. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 2 sliced spring onions. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in 200 ml cream, 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 crumbled chicken stock cube. Bring gently to the boil and thicken the sauce slightly. Serve with mashed potatoes.
