Bake 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast until the chicken breast is browned. Add 1/2 thinly sliced carrots and cook them until the carrot is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 200 grams snow peas. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes to warm through. Cook the noodles in 2 minutes in boiling water until tender. Serve the noodles with chicken breast and vegetables. Enjoy!
