
Ingredients: 750 grams beef, salt, pepper, flour, 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves, thyme, 1 carrot, a dash vinegar, 500 ml stock, 1 slice bread,

Cut 750 grams beef into cubes. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Bake the beef brown in batches and keep it aside. Bake in the remaining fat 2 sliced onions, 3 minced garlic cloves and some thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced carrot and cook until the carrot is almost tender. Extinguish with a dash of vinegar. Put the beef back into the pan. Add enough stock (about 500 ml). Bring to the boil and then simmer about 2 hours on low heat. Add just before you eat it a slice of bread (crumbled), so bind the sauce better. Enjoy!
