Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 400 grams sliced into quarters mushrooms and some dill. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add a splash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 bay leaf, a dash of lemon juice and 100 ml cream. Let the mushrooms braise in the cream. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
