Lasagne with Spinach
Ingredients: 600 grams spinach, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 300 grams minced beef, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 stock cube, 50 grams butter, 50 grams flour, 500 ml stock, 75 grams grated cheese, paprika, salt, nutmeg, lasagne sheets, mozzarella,

Stir fry 600 grams spinach in hot oil until it has shrunk. Scoop it from the pan, chop it finely and keep aside. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and some thyme until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams minced beef and fry the meat brown and loose. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and add a crumbled stock cube. Stir the spinach with the tomato sauce and heat through thoroughly.

Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. Melt 50 grams butter. When the butter has melted, add 50 grams of flour. Cook briefly. Remove the pan from the heat. Add while stirring about 500 ml stock. Stir when the sauce has the desired thickness 75 grams grated cheese. Season with paprika, salt and nutmeg.

Place in baking dish, a layer of minced beef-spinach mixture, a layer of lasagne sheets. Then a layer of minced beef-spinach mixture and lasagne sheets. Finish with a layer of cheese sauce. Add some mozzarella over. Place the baking dish approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
