
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 yellow pepper, 1 orange pepper, 250 ml cream, 1 vegetable stock cube, 150 grams grated cheese,

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry in oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 diced yellow pepper and 1 diced orange pepper until onion is soft. Add 250 ml cream. Crumble 1 vegetable stock cube over and bring to a boil. Stir 150 grams grated cheese and let cheese melt. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
