Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 150 grams minced beef with 250 grams diced bacon until the minced beef is brown. Scoop it from the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 2 onions, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme to taste and cook until the onions are golden. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 diced tomato and 1 can diced tomatoes. Crumble 1 vegetable stock cube above. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Puree the sauce with a hand blender.
