Boil the cauliflower and broccoli (both cut in florets) cooked in salted water. Bake 150 grams sliced bacon crisp and drain on kitchen paper. Melt 25 grams butter. Add once the butter has melted, 2 tablespoons flour and cook briefly. Remove from the heat. Stir 250 ml milk. Put on a low heat and stir in 100 grams grated cheese and 1 teaspoon mustard. Let the cheese melt. Serve the cauliflower and broccoli with cheese sauce and crispy bacon. Enjoy!
