Bake 250 gram diced bacon until almost crisp. Add 2 chopped onions, 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the onions are soft. Add coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and cook briefly. Add 3 sliced spring onions and cook briefly. Add the cold cooked rice and stir well. Add to taste sweet soy sauce to the fried rice. Heat through thoroughly.

Melt 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on medium heat with 1 teaspoon chilli jam, a dash of lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce. Add at last a little water, then it does not curdle.
