Make a marinade of 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 1 teaspoon galangal. Marinate 1 diced chicken breast in the marinade for at least 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake the ciabattini’s about 6 minutes in the preheated oven. Fry the marinated chicken breast with 1 minced garlic clove and 150 grams diced ham until the chicken breast brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and fry them until the mushrooms are soft. Add 3 sliced spring onions and fry it briefly. Cut the ciabattini’s open and put a little lettuce, then siege the chicken, ham and mushroom mixture. Enjoy!
