
Ingredients: spaghetti, salt, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 300 grams minced beef, dash white wine, 200 ml stock, 1 can diced tomatoes,

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry 2 chopped onions and 1 diced carrot until onion is soft. Add 300 grams minced beef and fry it brown and loose. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 200 ml stock and 1 can diced tomatoes. Leave to simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. Serve with spaghetti sauce and maybe some grated cheese. Enjoy!
