
Ingredients: macaroni, 5 eggs, 375 ml milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 125 gram diced bacon, 125 grams diced ham, 200 grams grated cheese, breadcrumbs,
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Beat 5 eggs with 375 ml of milk. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in 125 grams diced bacon, 125 grams diced ham and 200 grams grated cheese. Drain the pasta and stir it through the egg mixture. Put everything in a large baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve the macaroni dish an Indonesian sauce of 1/2 tablespoon sambal, 1 tablespoon tomato puree, 4 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 chopped shallot and chopped 2 garlic cloves (everything is mixed with the blender).
