Fry 2 sliced pork escalopes brown in hot butter. Scoop the pork escalopes from the pan when brown. Add 1 chopped onion and a sliced red, yellow and orange pepper. Bake 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon curry powder and fry briefly. Add 8 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 150 ml of water. Stir well. Return the meat to the pan and cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with chips. Enjoy!
