Cook 200 grams green beans al dente in salted water. Cook the noodles until tender according to the instructions on the package. Bake 250 grams minced beef with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until brown and loose. Meanwhile, make a sauce with 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce and a dash of lime juice. Add this to the minced beef along with 3 sliced spring onions and the cooked green beans. Leave it for 10 minutes on low heat heat through. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!
