Indonesian Rice Buffet

Nasi Keboeli
Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 250 grams diced bacon, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, rice, 1 egg, 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce,

Boil the rice in advance and let it cool. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 250 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add coriander, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and cook briefly. Add the cold rice and stir well. Whisk 1 egg and pour in the rice. Stir fry until the egg will set. Season the fried rice with 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce.

Ajam Curry
Ingredients: 1 1/2 chicken breast, 2 shallots, 2 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, turmeric, galangal, cumin, coriander, 200 ml coconut milk, 1 stock cube,

Cut 1 1/2 chicken breast into cubes. Cook the diced chicken breast brown in hot butter. Add 2 chopped shallots, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Stir fry until the shallots are soft. Season with turmeric, galangal, cumin and coriander and cook briefly. Add 200 ml coconut milk and 1 stock cubes. Bring to a boil while stirring and then let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Chicken Satay
Ingredients: 1 1/2 chicken breast, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup,

Cut 1 1/2 chicken breast into cubes. Mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce and 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup. Let it marinate at least an hour. Thread the chicken on skewers. Grill the chicken in the grilpan.

Peanut Sauce
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 ml coconut milk, 4 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce,

Mix on low heat 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 ml coconut milk, 4 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce. heat slowly, while stirring, until it is warm enough.
