Cauliflower with Ham-Cheese Sauce

Ingredients: 1 small cauliflower, salt, 25 grams butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 250 ml milk, 100 grams grated cheese, 125 grams diced ham, nutmeg, pepper,

Number of persons: 2

Boil the cauliflower (cut in florets) cooked in salted water. Melt 25 grams butter. Add once the butter has melted, 2 tablespoons flour and cook briefly. Remove from the heat. Stir 250 ml milk. Put on a low heat and stir in 100 grams of grated cheese. Let the cheese melt. Add 125 grams diced ham, and heat through over low heat through. Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Serve cauliflower with ham-cheese sauce. Enjoy!
