Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 100 grams diced chorizo until crispy. Scoop it from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 diced chicken breast until browned. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red pepper and 1 chopped yellow pepper and cook 5 minutes. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and crumble a stock cube over it. Bring to the boil, put the chorizo back in the pan and then simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
