Pork Escalope with Tomato Sauce Gratin
Ingredients: 2 pork escalopes, poultry seasoning, flour, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, dried herbs, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 stock cube, 1 mozzarella, grated cheese,

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut 2 pork escalopes in smaller pieces. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and dip in flour. Then put the pork escalope pieces in 1 beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs with dried herbs. Fry the pork escalope pieces brown in hot butter. Place the pork escalope pieces in a baking dish. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is translucent. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, crumble a stock cube over it and heat a while. Pour the tomato sauce over the pork escalope pieces. Put pieces of mozzarella and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish about 10 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
