Pork Chops with Onion-Thyme Sauce
Ingredients: 2 pork chops, salt, pepper, 1 onion, thyme, dash of white wine, 150 ml stock, 1 slice breakfast cake,

Number of persons: 2

Sprinkle 2 pork chops with salt and pepper. Bake the pork chops on both sides brown. Remove the pork chops from the pan and keep aside. Bake in the remaining butter 1 chopped onion with thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 150 ml stock and a slice crumbeled breakfast cake. Allow the breakfast cake to soften, while stirring. Put the pork chops back into the pan and let it warm through. Enjoy!
