Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin, salt, pepper, 125 grams mushrooms, 125 ml cream,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cut the pork tenderloin in half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the pork tenderloin brown. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish. Place the baking dish about 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Bake in the remaining butter 125 grams sliced mushrooms until soft. Transfer the mushrooms to taste with a little pepper. Add 125 ml cream and cook it and let it thicken slightly. Serve the pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce. Enjoy!
