Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 125 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add coriander, cinnamon, ground cloves and nutmeg to taste and cook briefly. Gradually add the cold rice and stir well. Whisk 1 egg and pour in the rice. Stir fry until the eggs start to solidify. Season the fried rice with sweet soy sauce and chilli jam.

Meng 200 ml tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 4 teaspoons ginger powder, 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and mix well. Heat the sauce over low heat.
