Chickenbreast Filled with Cream Cheese and Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, Ballymaloe cranberry sauce, cream cheese, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning,

Number of persons: 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (conventional oven). Cut 2 chicken breasts open. Spread with Ballymaloe cranberry sauce and a layer of cream cheese. Fold the chicken and tie with kitchen twine. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chicken seasoning. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Place the baking dish approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven. We have eaten peas with onion and bacon and Flemish fries eaten with it. Enjoy!
