
Ingredients: 100 grams diced bacon, 250 grams minced beef, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 100 grams mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 200 ml stock, 25 grams butter, 25 grams flour, 250 ml milk, pepper, 100 grams grated cheese, lasagne sheets,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (conventional oven). Bake 100 grams diced bacon in a little oil until crisp. Add 250 grams minced beef, 1 chopped onion and 1 finely chopped garlic clove and fry until the meat is brown and loose. Add 100 grams sliced mushrooms and 2 diced tomatoes. Fry briefly until the mushrooms have softened a bit. Add 1 can tomato puree and 200 ml stock. Stir well and bring to a boil. Let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce. Melt 25 grams butter. Add when the butter has melted 25 grams flour and fry briefly. Then add gradually 250 ml milk (or as much until the desired thickness is reached). Take the pan off the heat and bring the sauce to taste with a little pepper. Add 100 grams grated cheese and let cheese melt while stirring.
Put in 2 ramekins a layer of meat sauce, then lasagna sheets, a layer of cheese sauce, a layer of meat sauce, lasagna sheets, another layer of meat sauce and finally a layer of cheese sauce. Place the baking dish approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
