
Ingredients: rice, 1 chicken breast, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 2 leeks, 150 ml stock, 125 ml cream, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon curry powder, 1/2 tablespoon tumeric,

Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 diced chicken breast with 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the chicken breast is brown. Add 2 sliced leeks and cook until the leek is soft. Add 150 ml stock, 125 ml cream and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Season with 1/2 tablespoon curry powder and 1/2 tablespoon turmeric. Let the sauce thicken over medium heat 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
