
Ingredients: 150 grams salami, 2 onions, 250 grams mushrooms, 3 eggs, 250 ml cream, 1 stock cube, mozzarella cheese, 75 grams grated cheese, puff pastry,

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake 150 grams sliced salami until almost crisp in a hot pan with a little oil. Add 2 sliced onions and cook until the onions are soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Scoop it into a colander so that it cools and so the excess moisture will be gone. Mix 3 eggs with 250 ml cream. Crumble a stock cube over and mix with 3/4 of the mozzarella and 75 grams grated cheese. Line a greased pie dish with puff pastry. Prick the bottom of the puff pastry. Spoon the mushroom mixture into the pie dish. Pour the egg mixture. Sprinkle pieces of mozzarella and grated cheese. Turn the pie dish approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
