Cook the rice according pack instructions. Cook in stock 2 diced gammon steaks and 1 sliced carrot for about 15 minutes. Drain and save the stock and keep gammon steaks and the carrot separately. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 1 diced red pepper and fry briefly. Add the gammon steaks, carrots and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add 2 tablespoons flour and cook briefly. Add gradually 400 ml stock (you still have saved). Season to taste 2 tablespoons chlili sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
