Puree in a food processor 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 carrot and 2 tomatoes. Bake 150 grams minced beef and 125 grams diced ham until the minced beef is brown. Add the pureed vegetables. Add 1 can tomato puree, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce. Season to taste with salt. Leave to simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes. Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Serve the spaghetti with the sauce and grated cheese. Enjoy!
