Cauliflower with Ham-Cheese Sauce
Ingredients: 1 cauliflower, 30 grams butter, 30 grams flour, 250 ml milk, 250 stock, 75 grams grated cheese, nutmeg, pepper, 125 grams diced ham,

Cut a cauliflower into florets and boil the florets until just tender in boiling salted water. Melt 30 grams butter. Add 30 grams flour and fry briefly. Gradually add 250 ml milk and 250 ml stock. Remove the sauce from the heat when the sauce has the desired consistency. Stir in 75 grams grated cheese and let cheese melt. Season to taste with nutmeg and pepper. Stir the cheese sauce 125 grams diced ham. Serve cauliflower with ham-cheese sauce. Enjoy!
