Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 1 chopped onion, 1sliced red and 1 sliced green pepper in hot butter for about 10 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon flour and paprika and cook briefly. Gradually add 400 ml stock until you have the desired thickness. Finally, add 1 tablespoon tomato puree and stir into the sauce. Heat through thoroughly. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!
