Cook in boiling water 100 g frozen green beans al dente. Cook the noodles with the beans at the last 2 minutes. Drain. Bake 100 grams minced beef until brown. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon chilli jam. Add, when you smell the garlic, 3 sliced spring onions and fry briefly. Add the noodles and green beans. Make a sauce with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons chilli sauce and a dash of lemon juice, add to the noodles. Heat through, stirring well. Enjoy.
