Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water. Fry 2 chopped garlic cloves in hot oil until fragrant. Add 1 diced zucchini and cook briefly. Add a dash of white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add 1 can cherry tomatoes, 1 crumbled stock cube and a little finely chopped oregano. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese. Enjoy!
