Cook the rice according pack instructions. Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic gloves, galangal, ginger powder, cinnamon and 2 teaspoons chilli jam until the onion is soft. Add 2 sliced pork escalopes and fry them brown. Add 1 red and 1 yellow pepper (chopped) and stir fry 5 minutes. Add 200 ml beef stock and let it reduce a little. Add 100 ml sweet soy sauce and let it simmer a few minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
