Fusilli with Spinach and Bacon
Ingredients: Jamie Oliver fusilli, salt, 250 grams diced bacon, 1 leek, 300 grams spinach (frozen), 1 1/2 tablespoon of Jamie Oliver’s green pesto, pepper,

Number of persons: 3

Cook the fusilli until al dente in boiling salted water. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crispy in a hot frying pan. Add 1 sliced leek and cook until soft. Add 300 grams of spinach (frozen) and 1 1/2 tablespoon green pesto. Heat the dish thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the spinach with the fusilli. Enjoy.
