Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Flatten 2 pork escalopes. Remove the skin of 2 sausages and ‘siege’ the pork escalope with the sausage meat. Roll the pork escalopes on. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the cutlets with raw ham slices. Place the pork escalopes in an ovenproof dish. Place the ovenproof dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
