Fry 2 chopped onions wit 6 finely chopped garlic cloves and 250 grams diced bacon until the onion is soft. Add coriander powder, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to taste and cook briefly. Gradually add the cold rice and stir well. Beat 3 eggs and pour in the rice. Stir fry until the eggs start to solidify. Season the rice with soy sauce and sambal.

Babi Tjien
Ingredients: 700 grams pork belly, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon black bean sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 50 ml water, ginger powder, coriander powder, mini chips

Fry in hot oil 700 grams diced pork belly crispy and brown (remove any excess fat away during baking). Spoon the pork belly from the pan and fry in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 3 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 1 tablespoon black bean sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 50 ml water, ginger powder and coriander powder to taste. Stir well to a nice sauce. Put the pork belly back into the pan and stir into the sauce. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes to heat through. Sprinkle the babi tjien with some mini chips.

Ingredients: 125 ml milk, 1 stock cube, 500 grams minced beef, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes, 2 eggs, nutmeg, ground cloves,

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Heat 125 ml milk and dissolve 1 stock cube in it. Let the milk cool. Mix 500 grams minced beef with 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes, 2 beaten eggs, nutmeg, cloves and the milk. Put the meat in a greased baking dish. Place the baking dish about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.

Bake 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Season with nutmeg and ground cloves and fry the spices briefly. Add 100 ml sweet soy sauce. Reduce the heat and place the smoked sausage in the sauce. Let it braise for about 20 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!
