Ingredients: 250 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 300 grams minced beef, 1 carrot, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 stock cube, 25 grams butter, 25 grams flour, 400 ml milk, 75 grams grated cheese, lasagne sheets

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake 250 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and cook until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams of minced beef and fry until brown and loose. Add 1 diced carrot and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Bake until the carrots is soft. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 crumbled stock cube and let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Melt 25 grams butter. Add 25 grams flour and fry briefly. Remove from heat and gradually add 400 ml milk. Stir 75 grams grated cheese in.
Put in an ovenproof dish a layer of minced beef-tomato sauce, then a layer of lasagne sheets, a layer of minced beef-tomato sauce and another layer of lasagne sheets. Finish with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle any remaining grated cheese over. Place the ovenproof dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
