Cook the tortellini with ham filling al dente in boiling water with some salt. Bake 1 chopped onion in hot oil until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 100 grams sliced ham and 200 grams peas. Bake until the mushrooms are tender. Add 150 ml cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and parsley. Leave to simmer on low heat 10 minutes. Serve the tortellini. Enjoy!
