Bake slowly on low heat 250 grams diced bacon with a chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and some thyme. Add when the onion is soft 300 grams of minced beef and fry it brown. Add 1 diced carrot and 250 grams sliced mushrooms. Allow 10 minutes on low heat. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 250 ml stock, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce and 2 tablespoons chilli sauce. Let the sauce thicken over medium heat. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan).
Make the cheese sauce by melting 50 grams butter. Add 50 grams flour and fry briefly. Gradually add 500 ml of milk. Remove the sauce from the heat when it reaches the desired thickness. Add 75 grams of cheese and let cheese melt while stirring.
Put in a baking dish a layer of minced beef-tomato sauce, a thin layer of cheese sauce and a layer of lasagne sheets, then another layer of minced beef-tomato sauce, a layer of lasagne sheets and finish last with minced beef-tomato sauce and cheese sauce. Place the baking dish about 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
