Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Bake 250 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced leek and a tomato. Bake a few minutes. Add a small splash of balsamic vinegar. Serve with pasta and grated cheese. Serve with a little tomato ketchup. Enjoy!
